Nice device, it came in a timely manner, BUT I found the instructions very difficult to follow. Still not sure if we are doing the right thing. There were no instructions on how to use for vagus nerve stimulation, though we ordered the device with the wee ear clips... which fall off very easily and have no clue which program to use with it, or how to manually program to fit the parameters we found on line.
