I’m still learning how to gain the best results. I use it now before any heavy work like mowing,bike riding etc. It’s also very helpful when sitting for longer periods. It’s quite a big piece of equipment that I have to hide under loose fitting clothes if I go out but definitely worth it. I haven’t had it for long and hopefully it will allow my disc to heal and then I won’t need it anymore but only time will tell.
