I‘ve ordered one product in August 2020 (now is December)and same story every time that they have technical issues and I will have to wait, 2 days ago I’ve sent them another email and they wrote back „ We deeply regret the inconvenience.
We are still working on the technical incident our payment platform suffered and our IT department is still working on resolving it asap.
We have informed the relevant department of the delay in your refund.“
