“An incredible ride of chutzpah. The order was placed on February 20, 2024 After 2 weeks it turned out that what they sold me, it turns out, is out of stock. Offered to refund the amount with points to which I immediately reacted and refused to buy what I did not need. They promised to return the money by transfer to the card from which the payment was made within 14 days. This did not happen, after another 2 months wrote again, again the answer that they will transfer in 2 weeks. Bottom line, the money has not been transferred. Referring to the liquidation of the firm offered again payment by Points and already on condition of using them no more than 50% of the order. That is a pyramid system. In fact, I have to give 2 times more than I have already paid for unnecessary things!!!! Make your own conclusions yourself, and I'd rather lose my money than let a one-day firm cheat me again!!!! There are no questions to the support, but the firm clearly requires close attention from law enforcement agencies !!!! DON'T TRANSFER YOUR MONEY IN ANY WAY EVEN IF SOMEWHERE WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE, YOUR NERVES AND TIME IS MORE EXPENSIVE.”

“This company went into insolvency this year 2024, and the supposed new company says that, exceptionally, it offered to reimburse injured customers with points. I spent 56 euros on a product that was not delivered, and what this new company wants is for injured customers to continue spending money. There are no refunds, because for each purchase the customer makes they deduct half of the value, with the remainder paid by the customer. This is a company that does not take care of its customers' rights. And who knows, in a year's time they won't go into insolvency either. I will never buy from this company again.”

“I placed order last November never received items as got stuck in customs. It was eventually returned so requested refund must sent over 20 messages. Said it's been sent to finance department. Every time I get this response. But it's been over 5 months and still no refund. They take your money don't want to refund you. I'm so disappointment extremely appalling having to request refund it's over 57 pounds. It's my money should be given back. Now they are not even responding. Awful company”

“The product I ordered and the product sent to me are different. I tried to contact them, but they do not accept their mistakes. The communication with the customer service employees is very bad. Definitely do not buy products from this site, it is NOT RELIABLE.”

“Beware this is a scam company. I placed an order on the 25th of January for £125.76 which was never delivered. Four weeks later I requested a refund and instead of issuing a refund, I was told they were refunding the total amount as purchase points in the account. I then placed another order on the 2nd of March trying to use all credit and again nothing was delivered. I have requested a full refund on the 13th of May for all the money I have paid and still waiting. On the 14th of May, I received an email that my order is cancelled, and a new order was placed under my name not authorized by me for one of the products which is absolutely useless as both products are meant to be used together. I now have no choice but to escalate through my credit card company as I am not confident anything will happen. I only wished I read the reviews beforehand.”

“ATTENTION: CARETHY is a FRAUD page, they never deliver nor return your payment. Never every buy anything there. On January 17th, 2024, I made a purchase on the website of the company “Carethy” (www.carethy.de): 2 cosmetic items for €46.59 for my wife. Because we didn't receive the purchased items, I wrote to customer service a total of 4 times and asked them to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid by bank transfer. The standard machine-generated replies came a few days later, but neither the two items purchased nor the money were refunded.”
