“Do not order anything from them!!! I purchased a product from them in December, still waiting for it or my refund... This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Their customer service isn't answering so basically you have no chances to even contact them to get your money back! DISASTER”

“Do not buy from this Company. I ordered make up for my 94 year old mother in January 2024. It’s now mid April 2024. They couldn’t/can’t supply what was advertised. I asked for a refund snd they agreed. I then got an email saying they had applied points to my account instead. I contacted them asking for the money to be returned-I didn’t want points- and they agreed. I’m 24 emails and counting and still waiting for my money . I keep getting told that they are sorry the refund hasn’t come ands they will ask finance sept to process it again. Nothing happens. Meantime I still get automated emails from them asking if I want to buy the items again that they can’t supply! Disgrace to retailers. Shouldn’t be all owed to trade.”

“Horrible experience. The company is offering and selling products that are not available or not in stock and will never be delivered. The seller does not communicate in a timely fashion and the promised refund never arrived. Finally we had to ask our bank for a back-charge on our credit card. We have finally received our money back after 6 months not because of Carethy but thanks to our bank.”

“Paid for items at the beginning of February and so far no delivery and no response to multiple emails to the company. Someone is making a lot of money with the Carethy scam. Surely they can’t get away with this for much longer. Avoid unless you like giving money to scammers.”

“After reading others emails I can confirm I paid £56 in February it’s now 4 weeks later no products it’s not been sent and you can’t contact the company they don’t reply to any emails sent Please note if you have been scammed please dispute the payment with your bank you may be able to get a refund”

“I ordered there twice now because it's the one of the two websites that has the products I need. On the first order I didn't pay for the yoga guarantee (which essentially is for your order to not be damaged and to get answered faster from the support team) and my package took more than the estimated time to arrive and it was damaged. For the second order, I paid for the yoga guarantee and I contacted them because no information was given regarding the order update and they took days to come back to me only to tell me that the product was not available and to ask me to either pick something else from the website or cancel. I decided to cancel and it's been days, just waiting for a response. Do not order with them, there are better options out there.”

“Bought a few things in January and after a month of waiting, decided to send a message to Customer Support... they told me I could choose something else because the products were no longer available. I've chosen but no reply on how to proceed so I've asked for my money back ( 90 euros!) and until this day I have not received my money back after many attempts to understand when are they going to send it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“Ordered beauty products on 28th January, delivery said 9 to 12 days. Its now Feb 22nd and nothing. Sent an email to customer service with a response promised within 24hr, still waiting for that. Am disgusted with these thieves , DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!”
