“When i read reviews i was afraid that it is scam. Than i wrote to customer support, no reply…. But i have received it!!! But after one month) still i am very happy that i get it)”

“Hi Everyone, Please read till the end. Late in writing a review but had to do it. I called for a few products and while paying it was mentioned that I will recieve my products on 3rd or 4th November 21'. I did not recieve my products on the dates mentioned so I wrote to them and they replied saying my products are still to be shipped so I waited and did not get my products for another week and because I had read bad reviews about Biuky I thought Iike others I also have lost my money but, to my surprise one fine day, about a week or more later I recieved my products. I know they are late in responding but I will still recommend Biuky as I got my products😊”

“I wrote a negative review about 3 Weeks ago. Today I received the product which I ordered and it’s exactly what I wanted and can no longer find anywhere. It did take a long time to receive but I appreciate that the company did deliver!!!”

“The price of the products is quite low and attractive. My first experience with Carethy was great, from product selection, delivery and perfect condition. The second experience did not go so well because after 5 days of the estimated delivery time, I received an email stating that 2 products were not available. Still, customer support indicated products in the same category, so I could choose another one.”

“My one experience with this company has been good. I ordered DAOfood Plus capsules on Aug. 16, 2020. I got a notice the next day saying my order had been shipped. Then I came here to this site and read all the reviews saying it's a scam company and orders are never fulfilled. So I thought I got stiffed for $60 (with shipping). But 3 and a half weeks later, the product showed up. And that really is not unreasonable time for a parcel from Spain to Canada. They had estimated delivery to take just 10 days. And in fact it took 24 days. But it arrived, and that's the important thing! I will order from them again if I like this product and need more.”

“Placed an order 2 weeks ago before I read the reviews and was extremely nervous after. Happy to say my order has just arrived. Taking away one star as packaging is a little damaged but products are intact.”

“I had ordered for four bottles of Bach flower remedies. Received them safely. I was initially worried seeing the reviews of other customers. The response to my queries was good and finally the items were delivered. only concern was the packing was not proper. Luckily the items which were glass bottles were received in good condition.”

“Placed my order and took about 14 days to receive it. Everything ordered was delivered. Great prices on sun tan oil less than half the price the supermarkets & pharmacies are charging and they say they include a 50% discount??? Only issue was delivery cost is expensive.”

“I ordered hand sanitisers early March, when it became really hard to buy them in the UK. After placing my order, I read company reviews on Trustpilot, and was concerned as a lot of customers reported that they had not received their orders. My only comfort was that having paid by Paypal, I would have some protection if my order failed to arrive. However, I guess I was one of the lucky ones, as my order arrived today. It was well packaged and goods as described, so I can't complain.”

“Having read all the negative reviews about this company, I was not very confident about the order I placed for Anian hand sanitiser gel. The facts: 1. It took one month for the order to arrive but in these challenging times when you can’t get any sanitiser anywhere, I don’t think it’s bad considering the exceptional demand. 2. Carethy customer service responded to my emails and informed me that as the particular brand I had ordered was not available but they would replace it with a similar product from their company. 3. The ingredients are shown on the bottle: Isopropyl alcohol, Aqua, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 but the % not shown. No mention of Ethanol @ 70% which is used by the medical profession. My opinion: I am not naïve and accept that this sanitiser may not contain the ingredients known to kill viruses at 99.9%, but in my view, it’s better than nothing! No one is totally certain about the efficiency of any product on the market that will kill this deadly virus. So, I will continue to wash hands, wear gloves in addition to using this gel and keep as vigilant as I possibly can. The rest totally lies in the hands of DESTINY.”

“I am going to buck the trend here and leave a positive review! I placed an order on early 9th March 2020. Carethy emailed me on 16th March 2020 to confirm that my order of Purells Hand sanitiser was to be substituted with an alternative caused by the current COVID-19 suitation. This I complete understand and accept without hesitation. However, on 21st March I did email Carethy to which I received no reply but, understand that they would have been inundated with email traffic. Was I disappointed, Yes! However, I was also understanding of the suitation. I came across negative reviews of Carethy which, concerned me to say the least. However, my substitute products came today to which I am grateful that they arrived. During these unprecedented times, we all need to have a little more understanding of supply and demand; as all suppliers are struggling to acquire goods around certain health products. We have brewery’s now making hand sanitiser to help meet demand as the established companies cannot produce enough products. Not everyone is going to get what they want in a timely manor, it does not make companies worst for trying, and leaving negative reviews in these times is not justified. Overall I am delighted with the service in these unprecedented times and would recommend Carethy. I note that their prices have risen since my last order, but please take note the cost of raw materials around manufacturer of sanitiser has increased.”

“So I was convinced after seeing all the reviews I will not get my package. I called my credit card company right away and they told me they can only step in after 3 weeks from the date of purchase. So I waited. I was busy so I never got around to call my credit card company back. One day my package arrived, about 4 weeks past the day I ordered from carethy. I opened it, everything I bought were in the box, seemed authentic in their original package. The sticker shows it have gone through custom declarations, shipped from Netherlands. So I guess carethy is a legitimate website. The package takes a month to arrive, but other than that it’s fine to shop there.”
