I am going to buck the trend here and leave a positive review! I placed an order on early 9th March 2020. Carethy emailed me on 16th March 2020 to confirm that my order of Purells Hand sanitiser was to be substituted with an alternative caused by the current COVID-19 suitation. This I complete understand and accept without hesitation. However, on 21st March I did email Carethy to which I received no reply but, understand that they would have been inundated with email traffic. Was I disappointed, Yes! However, I was also understanding of the suitation. I came across negative reviews of Carethy which, concerned me to say the least. However, my substitute products came today to which I am grateful that they arrived. During these unprecedented times, we all need to have a little more understanding of supply and demand; as all suppliers are struggling to acquire goods around certain health products. We have brewery’s now making hand sanitiser to help meet demand as the established companies cannot produce enough products. Not everyone is going to get what they want in a timely manor, it does not make companies worst for trying, and leaving negative reviews in these times is not justified. Overall I am delighted with the service in these unprecedented times and would recommend Carethy. I note that their prices have risen since my last order, but please take note the cost of raw materials around manufacturer of sanitiser has increased.
