I ordered something off the website (nothing too expensive) and received the order confirmation right after. Nothing seemed off. I chose to pay via bank instead of credit card. that means they dont have my credit card informations. they also don‘t have my bank informations. I didn’t know whether the website was legit or not and seeing these reviews now worries me a lot. I didn‘t send them money, but they know where I live (delivery adresse). Can I cancel the order? should I just delete the order confirmation? should I be worried? Thanks for your help.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER (2 GUERLAIN LINGERIE DE PEAU FACE MAKEUPS - AFTER 5 WEEKS IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I AM BEING 'ASSURED' THAT IT IS ON ITS WAY; MUST BE THE SLOWEST PLANE/SHIP EVER. I WISH TO BE REFUNDED BECAUSE I HAVE LOST COMPLETE FAITH WITH THIS COMPANY. I THINK THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED AS AN OFFICIAL WEBSITE.

I have placed a order and had no email confirmation a day later, payment as been made as checked with bank, also was expecting delivery by Friday which you stated but concerned I have had no email

Don't not buy anything anymore off this scam company..I'm waiting with 4 r 5 months to be refunded..all broken promises..they are taking people's credit card information as well..

Total scam company. They have put this in system. They will charge you and not deliver nor refund. They will also sell your credit card to third part who will start taking your money. If you have bought stuff from them, immediately contact your bank, change your card and take action on banning them in your country. P - not sure what country you are based in - but I have figured out how to find Carethy goodies. They seem to deliver to all corners of the world, so it might be slightly different between countries - but it was quite encouraging that I successfully located a package. My friend forwarded me their Carethy “Order Confirmation” email... and I have just located and collected it for them. They will be thrilled. Perhaps we can try the same steps with yours. Obviously you might need to go fetch it yourself - as we are probably miles apart... but at least you would receive the goods.
