“UPDATE :: After 20 more days .. So ,in these 20 days I gave them at least 3 more reminders asking the status of my refund , but sadly no reply. Till this point I had gave up checking my bank app looking for a miracle to happen. But I still gave then reminders every 4-5 days and every time I wrote them a reminder I mentioned that "This is my seventh or eighth reminder". I did that on purpose because in the future if I had to fight a legal battle against them, then I have a proof that I gave them like total 10 reminders but they did nothing .. Another thing I did in these 20 days was I uploaded some negative reviews on various websites about Carethy , telling people about my personal experience ,not getting refund and worst support from customer care along with my order Number... Day 21 and I received a mail for Carethy stating that your refund was processed yesterday along with some Stripe ID number and please wait for 14 more days . Again my hopes very high ,but I also thought that all this was just a gimmick , this all has already happened with me 2 times before and may be this was all just to keep me quite for 14 more days , but on the other hand I thought that what was the need for them to reply now if all this is a scam.. Well I didn't had any other option except to wait and watch .. Day 22.. I checked the app for my credit card in the afternoon and there it was .. my full refund amount. I don't know how it happened whether it was because of the reminders or the negative reviews I posted on various sites or their service is just so dumb, but I got my money back somehow. After all this if you ask me whether Carethy is a scam website ? I would says NO, because a scammer doesn't refund your money in any case whatsoever. So will I buy from them again or even recommend this site to anyone? Again a big No. where is the problem ? why are so many people complaining that this site is a scam ? Well I think they are really really slow in processing orders and their customer care is pathetic , people try to communicate with customer care and when they do not respond they think that they have been scammed and give negative reviews on various websites and never follow them back.. which is totally fine , even I did the same .. But eventually after 3-4 months when they get their refund they don't care to update their review which is again totally fine. Glad that I got my money back and proud that I didn't make a purchase from a fake website , having a good knowledge of computers I was surprised by myself that how can I not tell the difference between a genuine and a fake website, but turns out they are just dumbos not scammers...”

“I posted a review two days (02.10.2020) ago and again I wrote an email to Carethy and they replied me that they have already made the refund and I will get the money in 48 h. Today 04.10.2020 finally I got my money back. If I didn’t write a reviews, I think I would not have got my money back.”

“Again I have just realised I have received several different reference numbers for my order so therefore none of them are accepted on the Carethy Website. I cannot print the words I have for this company so I'll be polite SCAMMERS....”

“After 2 months from the order I finally received the products, but I mask got open and leaked as non of the items (5) were packed properly. Their customer care reply very bad and rare, they don’t understand what u t trying to explain. I asked in advance to pack properly as it was supposed to be sent from Europe to Asia. I can’t say they r cheater but defend you they don’t pay attention to the customers and about their rate! That’s pity. Will not order from them again and don’t advice to anyone!”

“I ordered 2x pkts of six soap cakes, one delivered and Six cakes of luxury soap missing, Maja soap in an Orange pack missing ? Haven't replied to one of my Emails. If your reading this Carthy Team its GEOFF From Wattle Grove Sydney NSW. I'm very disappointed 6 x Cakes missing of soap. 7 weeks plus overdue.”

“I was just extremely glad when I had my reimbursement ... But, my order was modified. So, I'm yet waiting for the rest of my order after almost A MONTH ! ! ! If you guys @cartethy are not able to deal with the pandemie, so stop your services for a while ! ! !”

“I ordered same thing same day from Carethy and Yummy Bazaar. the later was received from the US in 1 week, the former in 3 weeks, with signing for a 12$ item, was originally shipped from Spain, transited by the Netherlands to finally land in the US...The package was in horrendous condition and it is a miracle the glass container inside was not broken...”

“Placed my order on 24th feb 2019. But no confirmation mail. Then I sent them mail to ask where my parcel is but no reply . The tracking number they provided cud not b tracked . So I registered my case to pay-pal on March 7th and today on March 13th I got my parcel on which they have put the dispatch date March 4th. Don't know that's true or its pay pal's effect. But thank God got my parcel. But one thing is confirmed they do have very poor customer service”
