Having read all the negative reviews about this company, I was not very confident about the order I placed for Anian hand sanitiser gel. The facts: 1. It took one month for the order to arrive but in these challenging times when you can’t get any sanitiser anywhere, I don’t think it’s bad considering the exceptional demand. 2. Carethy customer service responded to my emails and informed me that as the particular brand I had ordered was not available but they would replace it with a similar product from their company. 3. The ingredients are shown on the bottle: Isopropyl alcohol, Aqua, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 but the % not shown. No mention of Ethanol @ 70% which is used by the medical profession. My opinion: I am not naïve and accept that this sanitiser may not contain the ingredients known to kill viruses at 99.9%, but in my view, it’s better than nothing! No one is totally certain about the efficiency of any product on the market that will kill this deadly virus. So, I will continue to wash hands, wear gloves in addition to using this gel and keep as vigilant as I possibly can. The rest totally lies in the hands of DESTINY.
