I ordered the Atache Green Tea mask and received a product in absolutely horrible condition. It looked like someone had played football with it — scratched, dirty, and definitely not what you’d expect from a professional brand. The packaging was a joke — sloppy and totally inadequate. To make things worse, customer support told me the product wasn’t damaged during transport, so they won’t offer a refund. Well, of course it wasn’t damaged during transport — it was clearly sent out already in that terrible state. So what now? Just my loss? To top it all off, the package didn’t even have my name on it. I had to spend ages tracking it down at the pickup point. The company didn’t offer anything except a discount for the next order. What kind of discount is that supposed to be, when this is the quality of product you receive? What a complete disaster from start to finish. Never again.
