“Ordered beauty products on 28th January, delivery said 9 to 12 days. Its now Feb 22nd and nothing. Sent an email to customer service with a response promised within 24hr, still waiting for that. Am disgusted with these thieves , DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!”

“This company became a fraud, the most embarrassing thing is that they don't even answer emails, I made my order in 2023 and it never arrived and they don't even give you a refund, and I tried to cancel the order and They ask you what to pay to cancel, it's something stupid”

“This company is a fraud, I have written several emails from several accounts I have and never received a response! I have already purchased from them once in 2022 and the products arrived within 3 weeks! Now in January 2024 I made a purchase worth £82 and no The product arrived, I contacted them via email and no response! I also did a thorough search to find their physical phone numbers, I found some numbers, I will leave the printed ones here, and none of them responded, the call hangs up automatically, I found a number on a cell phone, the only one who called, leaving access extensions, they answered automatically saying to contact them by email! In other words, it's a cycle of tiring the customer and no response, I read all their information, and they always have an answer where the customer is to blame, like if you don't receive an email back the problem is your email provider, what do you mean my email provider? I used the same email address where they stole my money when they sent the invoice with a fake order number, but to get a response the problem is my email provider….I will report it!”

“I did buy from them in the past, and it was all good. Last December 16 I purchase £150 worth hair products they said it would be delivered whiting 12 days, it's already February 12 still haven't got my products. Emailed like 4 times, still nothing. came here to see if I was the only one having this issue, but it seems like they are not the same as when they start, shame. But they will give me my money back!!!”

“They took our money and did not deliver. They did not communicate with us and they ignored our demands for a refund. After 40+ emails they responded to say the product was not available and ask if we want to cancel. Asked again for a refund and they ignored it. Many people lose their money in the same way. They are scammers. Note that the UK web URL is just a front for the Barcelona company.”

“it is definitely a SCAM. I placed 3 weeks ago. When messaging then through their website, it tell you to look out for confirmation of submission, but it is never there. I did it three times. Then,.if you email.them to the email address inbthe website, again no answer. Money was taken, but order never processed”
