“I'm just very glad I came on here to read reviews before I put in my card details. I saw both perfumes of choice on Carethy and innocently thought to compare prices and delivery dates as I was in a hurry. Only for me to check on other well known sites and EVEN on ARMANI.COM itself, and everyone was sold out on those 2 scents. Smelt a rat and came on here just to confirm and voila. BE SAFE GUYS and thanks for the reviews.”

“Order number PHA-GB-230730193810d4922 I never received the order, complaint and they got back to me that they didn't have the products I've ordered, so I've request a full refund that have also never being done. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. What they don't know is that I'm fluent in Spanish and I can understand Catalan and I'm going to take it FURTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. After the first 2 weeks of the parcel not being shipped I started repeatedly asking for a refund which they just ignored. Then they sent the order out after 1 month and it was incomplete. They are dishonest and incompetent. Clearly not holding their own stock. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS. It’s very clear to see the fake reviews the use use to bury the real ones on the review sites. Don’t fall for it.”

“One of the worse experiences when buying beauty items. After two over weeks of my purchase no shipping information so I contacted them , was told they are out of 1 item out of 5.7kg parcel so about 15 items in total. I had to contact them to tell me this? I selected a replacement product and after another week was told when contacted again that my order is not shipped because the product I selected is not in stock too! What a nightmare. Who does it. When I asked for my order to be cancelled and refund issued they said after a few days waiting again time that it was shipped. I am still waiting for it to arrived. Now imagine how many people have the same problem. By law companies can’t take your money and not provide goods in the time you agreed when ordering it and if there are delays they should inform you . I bet there is more people I am going to report you as soon as I receive order and inspect it. Just wait!!”

“I wish I had researched this company before I bought from them. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever endured. This company cares nothing for its customers. This was my 1st and last time to shop with them. I have spent weeks trying to get my money back for items I bought that did not arrive. I ordered and paid in full for two health supplement items on the 21st April 2023, amounting to €199.03Euro. The estimated delivery date was 11th April 2023. What I was unaware of at the time of ordering was the items were not even available! There was no suggestion of this on the order form when I bought these items. I had no communications from Carethy advising the goods were not available or in stock. I was given a DHL tracking number so I checked periodically to see when I should expect delivery. When supplements didn't arrive on the suggested date, I e-mailed Carethy seeking information. I followed this up with numerous e-mails over the following 6 weeks, trying to find out what was the cause of the delay. At no time did Carethy initiate any email other than to reply to my queries. Most replies were vague and suggested I be patient. I contacted DHL and I was assured by a DHL senior representative that the items had not left the Spain depot! I then received an e-mail from Carthy insisting I fill out a Statutory Declaration, inferring that I had already received the items and that they had my signature proof that the items had been signed for and wished to cross reference that signature against my passport signature which they requested I send to them along with this form! Carethy did this without first checking with DHL to see if the parcel had actually been delivered. Carethy's last e-mail was to advise that if the items had not been delivered it was nothing to do with them. Clearly the goods were not available and obviously were not posted. Absolutely no customer care. No respect or consideration for the customer and no due diligence or sense of responsibility when something goes wrong. One Star only because there is no option for no stars... Avoid at all costs Buyers beware.”

“I bought some items from Carethy in January and still don't have my order and they haven't returned my money. I contacted via e-mail the Customer Service several times, but heard back only nonsense. I believe, this is fraudster's website. Be careful and don't buy anything there.”

“Order reference: PHA-SE-2302231253124b071  No items received! Had to send several emails to find out - None contacted me about the items not being in stock. Slow respons from customer service and no refund was offered - Only 10% extra on a "gift card" and now I'm filing for a chargeback through Stripe. Businesses like these should NOT have access to Stripe or PayPal etc.. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.”

“Ordered goods, they couldn't deliver as they put the wrong address on my parcel, Royal Mail returned to sender, due to insufficient address, cheeky swines deducted the cost for the return postage from my refund but it was only returned through their error not mine!!! Terrible business practice and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them... If there was a minus score I'd have put -5”
