They advertised an item that they couldn’t possibly have, as the product is no longer being made. I realised that the same day. Cancelled my order right away. They didn’t respond for about two weeks. Finally acknowledged my cancelling the item they falsely advertised as having. But no refund. They said they put it in my account. I don’t have an account with them. I said to them as much. That was weeks ago, and still no refund. They certainly are a fraudulent company and extremely dishonest.
