“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Has uk website, but shipping from Spain at £6.99 So far, despite 3 attempts to get answers from Daniel - no delivery, unable to track delivery, no confirmation of a delivery ( because I’ve not had one), no refund despite requesting one. I’ve lost over £70. Furious. If I do not get a response from them today, I will be taking this further.”

“Appalling company. Do not use. They essentially ran me around for 3 months chasing the delivery and then saying they take no responsibility. They have essentially stolen my payment and claim that their terms mean they are not responsible for non-delivery from their courier.”

“My experience seems similar to others so beware!! Ordered a kettle 2 Apr; was told delivery should be 12 Apr. By 20 Apr no sign of it so I emailed for an update, and was told the kettle was out of stock, offered me alternatives but I requested refund. They told me should be returned soon, to contact them if not received in 2 weeks. By 10 May no refund; they now told me it can take 14 working days. By 13 May still nothing so I started a claim through PayPal. The money finally arrived in my account 18 May. Would never shop here again!”

“I ordered and cancelled a couple of days after. Never received my money. After three weeks I m still waiting. The merchant don’t want to give me any information about the so-called refund. “I received an email telling me that my package from Carethy has been shipped and I see from the email that they have sent off some wrong products and a number of the items I ordered are even missing! I contacted them to rectify this but they said that they can’t do anything as it has been shipped out. I can only wait to receive the products, return it back to them, and wait for them to receive it before I get my refund. This is egregious, considering that they made a mistake on my order and that the amount I have paid exceeds the cost of the items that they have actually sent out to me. After reading these reviews, I’m not sure when I’ll receive that package and if they’ll even honour their words and provide me with a refund! Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and they sound almost like a scam. As mentioned by another reviewer, they don’t give any useful information and simply copy paste some standard email template to you. Shocking. Please avoid buying from Carethy.”

“As many buyers, I never got my products which had been paid for, and it was impossible to contact the company since none of their links or email address was functional. After some researches, I found a valid email : info[arobas]carethy.net. I had to threaten them with lawsuit to finally get a refund.”

“Goods arrived after weeks of waiting and the contents were dried up and could not be used. No reply to emails. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD CERTAINLY NEVER USE THEM AGAIN”

“Hi Everyone, Please read till the end. Late in writing a review but had to do it. I called for a few products and while paying it was mentioned that I will recieve my products on 3rd or 4th November 21'. I did not recieve my products on the dates mentioned so I wrote to them and they replied saying my products are still to be shipped so I waited and did not get my products for another week and because I had read bad reviews about Biuky I thought Iike others I also have lost my money but, to my surprise one fine day, about a week or more later I recieved my products. I know they are late in responding but I will still recommend Biuky as I got my products😊”

“I ordered from Biuky by Carethy and got just one of the four items, order BIU-GB-2110070953360b270 Trying to use their contact form for a few hours and doesn't work at all!!! These can't be reached anywhere or in any way. I need the items I paid for! I wouldn't order anything from these sites, Biuky or Carethy, are the same!!! I will contact with you happens what happens, it's my money and I want to solve this.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM CARETHY. I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for my product to arrive and have been told every excuse under the sun. Receiving a refund is impossible and they do not reply with anything informative in their emails. I have lodged all paperwork required by them to find my order and yet nothing. I would never use, recommend or trust this site. Go ELSEWHERE!!”

“I hurt my elbow few months ago and was advised by my doctor to buy an infrared lamp to help with recovery. Came across the product on Carethy which beats all other online stores (including some sellers in Australia, and in China) in terms of product price AND shipping costs (only AUD$15.99)! I was suspicious after reading reviews on this site and other sources; yet I had no choice as I needed it quickly so ordered it and waited nervously.
