“DO NOT BUY FROM CARETHY. I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for my product to arrive and have been told every excuse under the sun. Receiving a refund is impossible and they do not reply with anything informative in their emails. I have lodged all paperwork required by them to find my order and yet nothing. I would never use, recommend or trust this site. Go ELSEWHERE!!”

“I hurt my elbow few months ago and was advised by my doctor to buy an infrared lamp to help with recovery. Came across the product on Carethy which beats all other online stores (including some sellers in Australia, and in China) in terms of product price AND shipping costs (only AUD$15.99)! I was suspicious after reading reviews on this site and other sources; yet I had no choice as I needed it quickly so ordered it and waited nervously. “DON’T BUY - This is a fake scam website. I disputed order through PayPal and now they’ve sent fake tracking information which leave my package allegedly sitting in the Netherlands where the tracking just ends for weeks now. I’ll be going back to PayPal to continue my dispute to try get my money back. So heartbreaking to fall for this.”

“I placed an order on 19/06/21 with a delivery scheduled for 30/06/2021 to 06/07/2021, I received an ‎email with an order confirmation : PHA-SA-210619180747934, then another email with a tracking ‎number: RU916029766NL. ‎ Today is 18/08/2021. I checked with carrier Spring global delivery solutions. I was told the parcel ‎actually hasn't been shipped.‎ And then, I contacted support (Carethy) to verify the delivery date of my order and was told my ‎tracking number did not connect my email.‎ In this case, I request for order cancellation and kindly refund my amount ASAP. ‎ Thank You,‎”

“I purchased a moisturising cream and received a hydrating gel instead. The description stated I was buying the cream. The picture showed a white cream (not aqua gel), YET they will not refund or exchange with the correct product, telling me that the barcode matches the order and that I cannot rely on the picture! I just wasted all my money as the "cheaper" product compared to other more reliable and customer friendly suppliers wasn't provided. Stay away from carethy.”

“One of three bottles in my order was completely damaged and the product leaked all over. I tried contacting them many times. Their website Contact Us site never connects. They do not answer emails. Their phone numbers don't work. I have no option but to dispute the charge on my credit card. I would highly recommend never doing business with this bogus company.”

“I had problem with a product that I ordered. It was eyeshadow. It was damaged and totally unusable. I got in touch with customer service. Prompt reply to my email explaining the problem. The company got back to me within 24 hours and asked for photo fo the damaged product and proof of purchase. I received a full refund which took only 3 days. I am one very happy customer. Thanks Carethy, loved your service.”

“this is the worst company I have ever ordered from. they sent me a hair dryer that is not usable in Canada...wrong adpator and voltage. no apology extremely slow to respond. no refund on the original shipping cost and I have to ship back at my own cost. this is a scam company”

“Attempted to cancel my order within an hour of purchase and received notifcation 15 hours later that order was being shipped. After following up on the status of my cancellation request I was informed that they were unable to cancel it because the product was already being shipped. The website tells customers they have over 50 customer services agents ready to address requests, this must include filtering cancellation requests that occur prior to shipment. The product arrived in a box that looked like it had been kicked around the pitch in the Euros and when I opened the package expecting it to be destroyed, the product was still in great shape with an expiration date of Feb 2021, four months old. Fitting end to this order! Not bothering with the return process or any future communication with these people, they got my money and never will again. Don't make the same mistake I did - AVOID Carethy.”

“I have ordered hair products on 20/05/21. The order should have been delivered on 15/06, which is time enough (today is 27/06). I have sent two emails to them, as a response to the first one they said they will respond me in 24h - working days, I have not got any response so far. I have not get any response to my second email. They do not give any decent post shop support. It was my first and last experience buying anything from them. To another buyers : stay away! It does not worth to spend your money with this company!”
