I purchased a moisturising cream and received a hydrating gel instead. The description stated I was buying the cream. The picture showed a white cream (not aqua gel), YET they will not refund or exchange with the correct product, telling me that the barcode matches the order and that I cannot rely on the picture! I just wasted all my money as the "cheaper" product compared to other more reliable and customer friendly suppliers wasn't provided. Stay away from carethy.
