I bought some pregnancy vitamins from the website Biuky by Carethy on 15th June 2021. It is part of the website Carethy. Now the delivery shows my parcel is returned because they can't find my address. I checked the carrier Spring global delivery solutions. The parcel actually hasn't never been shipped. It means Biuky made a fake delivery to cheat my money. Also they didn't use Royal Mail they promised. Please, hope everyone could see this message and never buy any items from the website Biuky by Carethy or the website Carethy. I have found hundreds of customers being cheated.

My order took about 4 weeks to be received. Seems to have been held up in Customs. Customer Service responded to my emails with updates (whenever available).

They are 100% scammers! I bought an ermila clipper for £122! and only then I read the reviews for this company! I lost money but I turned to my bank for help! They promised me they would go to the police!

BIU-GB-21042714190016C This company is a complete let down and I will be leaving bad reviews about them on any platform that I can because they are a complete shambles, liars and a scam. Ordered a product and apparently not in stock, if I hadn’t of left a bad review on another website, I would have been sitting waiting for nothing to arrive which seems to be a regular occurrence with this con of a company. Promised refund and still nothing in my bank account after many emails back and forth. Do not buy from this company because you won’t get your item or your money back! This company is not legit

I ordered 4 bottles of Myrsol aftershave from Carethy. They were obviously just put in the box without wrapping them like normal companies always do. Naturally they smashed. Lost 2 of 4. I had to clean up the broken tiny bits of glass and white emultion to salvage the other 2. Really disgusting that I had to do this. 3 pieces of tiny glass in my right hand. All because your ppl are too lazy to properly pack items. After my bank got involved, I was offered a refund. I got half my money back. Any decent company would've refunded the entire amount for the disgusting service and rediculous inconvenience. You should be embarrassed to treat customers like this. I will continue to share the pictures and my experience with all my fellow wet shavers on all the forums I belong to so they know what they can look forward to if they buy anything from Carethy.

I ordered items last year July 2020which never arrived after lots of emailing about ( I have the emails if you are interested which I doubt)I still have I have not had my refund as promised just lots of excuses. Very very bad service. I would not recommend at all

I bought it at this online store and after I bought it I went to look at the comments and I was very scared because of many non-positive comments. But I was waiting for the order and today 04/28 less than a week I received my order and it arrived in perfect condition here in New Zealand. Thanks for the efficiency

I placed an order on March 23 with a delivery scheduled for April 1-5, I received an email with an order confirmation, then another with a tracking number. The Monitoring stops in the Netherlands on March 30. On April 13, I contacted support to verify the delivery date of my order, I first received an automated response with tracking details, when I replied that I already had the tracking details and wanted to know when my order was going to be delivered, I stopped receiving replies. I reached out again threatening to dispute the charge, I was then asked to send proof of non-deliverability + a copy of my ID, which I did, when they could very easily verify it on their end. A week later, I still have not received any update on my inquiry and of course I have never received my order. Their customer support is terrible, stay away, I definitely do not recommend placing any order on their site.

I tried tracking my oder and was told my tracking number did not connect my email . PHA-ZA-210413160851eee. I was even told my order did not exist pedido inexistente. If it did not excist where did my payment SL+3493396 go ?

This is a deceitful company so you all need to be aware. I cancelled my order in time but after an hour of my cancellation, they sent the items. I rejected the parcels as per Carethy's instruction on 8th March. It is already the 12th of April and no sign of a refund. I contacted Carethy on many occasions but they either ignored emails or refused to answer my questions repeatedly. I have asked the following: 1.In the event that the package does not arrive (back to Carethy) before 30 days, what is Carethy's procedure for handling refunds then? 2. Has DHL supplied you with evidence that the package has not been delivered or accepted? They refused to answer these questions and have not indicated that they are willing to offer a refund at present. Avoid this company. They should be shut down. Item was never in stock, however, took my money, followed it up only to be told the product has been discontinued. Two months later Nd still waiting on refund. Do no deal with this unliget company.

Company sent wrong item. And it arrived completely destroyed. They insist I mail back to Spain at own cost, incurring more cost than the product itself. Terrible experience. Never again.

Una vergüenza de empresa. Más de tres meses esperando los pedidos. Nadie se pone en contacto contigo ni te responden a los mails. No te devuelven el dinero. El teléfono inservible. Solo se puede denunciar y avisar a otros consumidores.

I’m waiting on a large order for over 3 weeks with absolutely no correspondence from the company or the courier. When I try to contact support their website won’t accept my order number, I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service.
