This place appears to be running a successful scam! They take your money but you never get your order. You try that "contact us" page but there is no response. Do not trust this site!

I wrote a negative review about 3 Weeks ago. Today I received the product which I ordered and it’s exactly what I wanted and can no longer find anywhere. It did take a long time to receive but I appreciate that the company did deliver!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I tried to order hair products on the website that showed as in stock- received a message they they were not and to pick substitutes or request a refund. They had no acceptable substitutes so I asked for a refund and was advised to wait 14 days for it to appear. It has been 20 Days, still no refund, so I asked for clarity around the situation amd was told the refund was only initiated this morning, not when I asked last month, and now I will have to wait another 14 days for it to process. Very dishonest company, I’m Not confident I’ll ever receive this refund and would never give them any more of my money again.

I write a second negative review for the same order. First, it was because I was worried that the order will not be sent but they have convinced me here on this site that it will be processed on time. Now I am writing because I didn't receive the goods and they don't refund me money. They say always the same explanation that there is a problem with the platform to return the money. It is strange that the platform works fine when they take money from the customers but doesn't work when the money must be refunded. I wonder is there anyone who reads this bad ratings and reviews and provide a customer protection on net. Additional text: I am writing this text after I have received an email from Carethy that today they have refunded my money. OK, I am satisfied with it but I will not change my rating because they didn't send the order, they didn't inform me about the reason why they didn't do it, I have cancelled the order and my money were not refunded in the period of 14 working days but after this period I had to send few emails and ask for my own money. So, I don't see the reason for some change of my rating. My rating is 0 stars for Carethy.

Order PHA-CH-210306223105eb8 PHA-CH-210314223053805 This company/website deserves negative stars. Completely unreliable! I'm still waiting for delivery and for a refund for unavailable items. I'm wondering if this will be delivered at all as I have not received any response from their "customer service"! To be avoided! A month after my purchase and endless emails, claims, headaches and cancellations, I still have not received any products or refund!!!!!!!

I ordered my product over 2 weeks ago and it still shows the order is processing. I highly doubt I’ll ever receive my product. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I gave away my money.

order number - PHA-IE-210121114546acc its a SCAM - ordered a product on the 21st of January. Still have not received anything and keep going in circles via email. they are not helpful what's so ever and they hardly give any information given on my package. NEVER order from here. will be contacting the fraud service if nothing arrives in the next week.

SCAM! waited 2 months for my product and didnt receive it! they didnt care wanted to send me something similar and then they sent me half of my order and they didnt refund me the rest! NEVER USE IT AGAIN

Hi order number BIU-ZA-210208131129989. I've placed my order on 8th February 2021 and already paid, never received a confirmation email. When I try to track my order it says that the email does not match the order number. Delivery would have been between 15 and 24 February but I have no idea what is happening. I would like to know if my order has been processed or shipped already. They do not respond to any emails. Can you please assist me in this matter.

Order PHA-NO-2009171512368ac. I ordered a product which is no longer in production. I was promised a refund in no more than two weeks. That was October 3. Five months later, still no refund!! Wrote again yesterday, receive the exact same standardized «apology», promising me once again a refund within no more than 14 days. Any reason I should believe you this time?

Product ordered not available so asked for refund, after many emails and a promise of a refund nothing received, very disappointed with company would never deal with them again, am reporting company at end of week after giving then 7 more days to deal with my refund. Buyer beware

Ik wacht op mijn bestelling sinds oktober 2020, 26 tube styling creme pourkarite. Of wil ik mijn geld terug. Waarom heeft carethy geen contact nummer? Waarom krijg ik geen antwoord van carethy? Ik ga bij politie aangifte doen tegen oplichten van jullie oplichterinsysteem. Het is zeer slechte bedrijf. Ik heb zeer slechte ervaring bij jullie bedrijf.

Ordered two hair dyes a month ago, they told me they weren't available and that they would send them in a months time. I have tried repeatedly to contact them via email and on their online form but they never answer. I am starting to feel as if I have been scammed.

I canceled my order at 18.01.2021 becouse the product I ordered was unavailable. They asked if I want to choose other product - I said no thank you. On friday 05.02.2021 I should have my refund andddd I still dont have it. Customer Service is saying something about technical incident on payment platform every time I send reminding email - thieves :(

I ordered an expensive item not too long ago I think I spent 168 euro and i haven’t received my items yet. I want my money back now. The customer service has been so bad and I’ve been seeing terrible reviews of them online. Please give me my money back. I recommend buying from this site.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I just wish I had read reviews before buying from them. I ordered and paid for shampoo on January 3rd. When February came and no parcel I emailed to find out what was happening. They did answer immediately to say that the item wasn't even in stock and they didn't know when it would be (it is still advertised as for sale on their site!) Did I want an alternative or cancellation. I said that I was very unhappy they hadn't bothered to let me know and said I wanted a refund. I had no response to that. So far I have emailed every......single....day. No refund and no response. I will keep pursuing my refund but I highly recommend that nobody uses them. Terrible service.
