I ordered an expensive item not too long ago I think I spent 168 euro and i haven’t received my items yet. I want my money back now. The customer service has been so bad and I’ve been seeing terrible reviews of them online. Please give me my money back. I recommend buying from this site.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I just wish I had read reviews before buying from them. I ordered and paid for shampoo on January 3rd. When February came and no parcel I emailed to find out what was happening. They did answer immediately to say that the item wasn't even in stock and they didn't know when it would be (it is still advertised as for sale on their site!) Did I want an alternative or cancellation. I said that I was very unhappy they hadn't bothered to let me know and said I wanted a refund. I had no response to that. So far I have emailed every......single....day. No refund and no response. I will keep pursuing my refund but I highly recommend that nobody uses them. Terrible service.

I placed an order January 18, Carethy took money but never sent me any email confirmations. I tried emailing them numerous times but I never get any response. Also when I put in the order number it claims it doesn't exist. So I have no idea what's happening. All i know is don't trust this company. I lost $80 just like that.

I paid my order but Carethy canceled the order and kept the money, don´t answer on my emails either. DON´T BY ANYTHING FROM CARETHY!

Hello, I came here because after several emails and 8 months later I haven't gotten my refund, yet. Don't buy any product from this place, they're scamming many people who also have the same problem. On May 21 I ordered one shampoo and 1 conditioner, I paid 59.06€ for both products. Suddenly the sencond week of June my package was returned back to them. I didn't get any notification, so I had to write an email and ask what happened. Then they replied explaining that the package was unable to be deliver, and that my refund will be processed within the next 14 days. However, the refund was not effective. After other emails, they indicated that the platform suffered a technical incident and apparently (8 months later) they are still working to solve the issue. I need my money back!

Hello. This is my second review.I am still waiting on my order.It has been over a month!I am Spaniard living in the US.Be careful, this company is not reliable! He decidido,como soy española y americana hacerlo este review en los dos idiomas!Es realmente una vergüenza como una empresa como Carethy se comporta a nivel internacional y la imagen que deja!Que imagen quieren en el resto del mundo?Como un pais y empresa ventajista ? On 10/1/2021 i made an order that on tracking shows that is delivered to my but i haven't received anything yet. I contacted the courier and they said to me that the product has been shipped in totally different address within Netherlands. I double checked the address that i placed the order and it was totally correct. So i tried to contact Carethy and telling them that they have shipped my order in wrong address and i got no response. I assume i got robbed 68€. I won't let it like that

I placed and payed my order on 4th January and still it is in the "processing" status which means that it is not sent, no email, no tracking number. I have sent a message to Carethy and received two automatic messages. One was that everything is in order and another one that an agent from Carethy Support Team will contact me. Still there is no any contact from them. This is my second order from Carethy. With the first one everything was fine but this second time I am not covinced that I will receive the order. The price for shipment is pretty high and the delivery date is after 7 weeks which is too long for goods to be delivered in Europe. As I read all these bad ratings I am surprised that this site still works. I buy on net often and have never experienced somethnig like this before.

I ordered stuff from them and everything I ordered is covered in gel. 2 of the 5 are broken. Eco styler everywhere. Ordered was 4,8 kg arrived 3.78 kg. I ordered 12 products received 7. I wanted to be able to change but they told me everything was already sent. I didn’t approve that. Since,if I wanted to order 7 I would have, I ordered more because the shipping was ducking expensive. Iam LIVIDD!!!!!!!

I believe i have been scammed. i have contacted their support team and expect my item in the next few days, if this is not tangible i need a full refund asap. i needed this product pronto and am very disappointed , please respond and refund me or get my item to me asap.

I order my item at 13-01-2021. This site was totally by Netherlands language works. Because Netherlands site is trustable so I have no hesitate pay immediately. Since then I get no e-mail confirmation and sending links. Contact with them no answer.Then I start search the review for this site get big shock. What scam company why still working normal use different languages cheating on the people without police intervened. Now I am no surprise my item shall never come and my money will not return. But I can contact with police!

I ordered 3 products from you guys on 4th January 2020 and I did not receive an email with tracking information at all and I haven’t received my order yet money was taken from my account. Please if you people can’t deliver my package I would like a refund or I will contact the police.

Porqueria de empresa, son unos estafadores! No compren de esta empresa, me arrepiento en no leer los reviews, en serio me estafaron con $3800 pesos, el pedido nunca llego en 6 meses, mande mas de 20 correos y jamas lo mandaron.

THIEVES AND LIARS!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I placed my order and my €59 payment was confirmed. Two weeks later, I received an email from them saying they couldn't fulfill the order because the items were out of stock. Why would their website even take my payment for items that were out of stock? Next, they told me I would receive my refund in 2 more weeks. DOZENS OF EMAILS AND 6 MONTHS LATER, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY!!! They keep saying they're having IT problems. I have never written such a negative review anywhere. I am astounded at the blatant thievery of Carethy.com
