Hi I purchased 2 pharmaton vitamin from them 2 years ago i paid them around 100 canadian dollar. They removed the money immedietely from my account. Then they email me and said they cant send me my product but they will return my money its been 2 years i have not received my money. I contacted my visa company they said its been a while so they can get the money back from them. I emailed them several time they said they will check and let me know until they stop corresponding. So they basically stole my money. My email address is miraj114 @ hotmail .com i can send you all the correspondes if you require. Thank you and save your money

Absolutely disgusting! No answer to emails I want my money back for 2 orders 29.44 which I paid through PayPal which I will be getting in touch with and £40.30 which I am informing the police. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Before purchasing my order I have read the reviews about Carethy. To be honest, it is didn't assure me that to order something from this company will be a good idea! But the prices were good, on some products were discounts and all goods were in stock. So, I took a chance! Thank you Charethy team for a very professional and good job. I was surprised that after few days I received some money back on my account, but I didn't receive yet my parcel. That is because I received a bit less items, they were less in stock by the time my order was processed. When I asked the operator by email, I received all information in a few minutes. Few days after I received my parcel .

Hi. I ordered three bottles of shampoos, but received only two. I was charged for three bottles, but received only two of them after two months of my order date. I was charged three times for three bottles on October 27 for CAD 43.86, on November 23 for CAD 44.51 and on December 14 for CAD 40.98. Never would believe them again, and it is a scam company. They steal money and make a good profit out your orders. Even on customs declarations they cheat by putting different amount of products in order to pay less customs levies and fees.

As we already mentioned, you seem to have placed a periodic order 01/11/2020 with a frequency of every 4 weeks and becuase of this we sent you 2 further orders. PHA-CA-201123072531048 ( 23/11/2020): you disputed this order because you haven´t received it so your bank returned you the money already or will do it in the next days. You need to clarify this with your bank. PHA-CA-20121407240038b (14/12/2020): this one has already left our facilities so we can´t cancel it anymore. We advise you to reject to receive this order so that it will be returned to us and we can refund you as soon as the package arrives back to our facilities. We confirm that we have cancelled the periodic order service for you so that no other orders will be activated in the future. Regarding the order that you placed on 27/10/2020 (PHA-CA-201027035959db0) we are still checking why the payment wasn´t validated. I‘ve ordered one product in August 2020 (now is December)and same story every time that they have technical issues and I will have to wait, 2 days ago I’ve sent them another email and they wrote back „ We deeply regret the inconvenience. We are still working on the technical incident our payment platform suffered and our IT department is still working on resolving it asap. We have informed the relevant department of the delay in your refund.“

I posted a review two days (02.10.2020) ago and again I wrote an email to Carethy and they replied me that they have already made the refund and I will get the money in 48 h. Today 04.10.2020 finally I got my money back. If I didn’t write a reviews, I think I would not have got my money back.

Terrible attitude towards the buyer. I have not been able to get a refund for over 4 months. I have been looking for quality chestnut flour for a long time in online stores in Russia. As a result there was not such product in Russia. However, during my search, the entire Internet was full of advertising of this foreign store, Carethy, and I believed it. in early August 2020 I ordered several packs of chestnut flour for 3,766.60 RUB. (order number: PHA-RU-200808062038e19). A few days late I got an e-mail, where the store were saying that they were sorry, but they did not have this item in stock. They offered to replace it with other goods of other categories for the same amount or to issue a refund. I chose the refund. They said that the money will be returned to my account within 2 weeks. A month later I wrote to them that I had received nothing. They write to me again wait 2 weeks. Every month I wrote to them 1 letter, and now it's December, and now more than 4 months have passed and I haven't received anything. At my last letter I wrote to them about my indignation and asked to immediately return the money. Then I again received an answer about technical issues. In the end I got the impression that this company is deceiving people. They are scammers. They collect money, possibly covering their debts. However, they have the opportunity for good advertising. it is sad that such an unscrupulous seller steals money from people.

I have ordered one cream and paid full money, after few days they cancelled the order saying the product no longer on stocks, and even after this day After 5 month I still didn't got my refund.

Placed an order for 4 products and they sent me 3, refunded for one, item was supposed to arrive before the 10 of september but it arrived on the 25 ! My plans got ruined because of what happened but They said they will refund for the whole order but they kept giving excuses they have a system technical issue preventing them from refunding ! This issue remained for almost two months!!!! while they were already refunding other people !they kept emailing me telling me they submitted refund request and as soon as the system works, they will let me know. Two months later they said sorry we wont refund ! You can also see on this page that they reply to each reviewer saying “refund is made today etc... however the user posted his review anonymously ! Does it make sense ?

Terrible. I ordered a product 9 months ago and now they keep charging me and sending me more of the same product when I didn’t order it. I’ve tried to contact (email and socials) many times but no answer. I’ve even had to change my credit card to stop them taking more money (5 times in 6 months unauthorised).

Terrible company. 6 months still no refund after they sent me the wrong product with a broken seal. I have sent them photos numerous times. Seems like a scam to me. Avoid at all costs.

Nunca mas volveré a comprar aquí!! Solicite la devolución del dinero ya que no disponían de los productos y ni me habían avisado. Después de mas de un mes esperando y escuchando continuas excusas, que si problemas de sistema, etc, NO CONSEGUI QUE ME DEVOLVIERAN MI DINERO. Finalmente me vi obligada a elevar mi queja a Paypal ya que pague a través de este medio, entonces Paypal resolvió a mi favor.

I will never buy here again, it is a scam! After a month waiting for them to refund my money, I didn't get it. Always excuses, what if the system fails ... Finally I had to claim my money from Paypal and they did refund my money.
