I placed an order on March 23 with a delivery scheduled for April 1-5, I received an email with an order confirmation, then another with a tracking number. The Monitoring stops in the Netherlands on March 30. On April 13, I contacted support to verify the delivery date of my order, I first received an automated response with tracking details, when I replied that I already had the tracking details and wanted to know when my order was going to be delivered, I stopped receiving replies. I reached out again threatening to dispute the charge, I was then asked to send proof of non-deliverability + a copy of my ID, which I did, when they could very easily verify it on their end. A week later, I still have not received any update on my inquiry and of course I have never received my order. Their customer support is terrible, stay away, I definitely do not recommend placing any order on their site.
