I had problem with a product that I ordered. It was eyeshadow. It was damaged and totally unusable. I got in touch with customer service. Prompt reply to my email explaining the problem. The company got back to me within 24 hours and asked for photo fo the damaged product and proof of purchase. I received a full refund which took only 3 days.
