Purchased a hairdryer recommended to me. Shipping took over 2 weeks. Product I am unable to use due to incorrect voltage and plug needed in my country. Carethy first deleted the webpage of the product I bought and then emailed me saying the fault is my own as they "did research and show no discrepancy and that they're not responsible" and did not offer any method of resolution at all. E-commerce companies with no methods of resolution are a scam. Stay away from Carethy, buy the same exact products on Amazon or elsewhere.
