They took our money and did not deliver. They did not communicate with us and they ignored our demands for a refund. After 40+ emails they responded to say the product was not available and ask if we want to cancel. Asked again for a refund and they ignored it. Many people lose their money in the same way. They are scammers. Note that the UK web URL is just a front for the Barcelona company.
