This company went into insolvency this year 2024, and the supposed new company says that, exceptionally, it offered to reimburse injured customers with points. I spent 56 euros on a product that was not delivered, and what this new company wants is for injured customers to continue spending money. There are no refunds, because for each purchase the customer makes they deduct half of the value, with the remainder paid by the customer. This is a company that does not take care of its customers' rights. And who knows, in a year's time they won't go into insolvency either. I will never buy from this company again.
