My experience seems similar to others so beware!! Ordered a kettle 2 Apr; was told delivery should be 12 Apr. By 20 Apr no sign of it so I emailed for an update, and was told the kettle was out of stock, offered me alternatives but I requested refund. They told me should be returned soon, to contact them if not received in 2 weeks. By 10 May no refund; they now told me it can take 14 working days. By 13 May still nothing so I started a claim through PayPal. The money finally arrived in my account 18 May. Would never shop here again!
