On January 17th, 2024, I made a purchase on the website of the company “Carethy” (www.carethy.de): 2 cosmetic items for €46.59 for my wife. Because we didn't receive the purchased items, I wrote to customer service a total of 4 times and asked them to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid by bank transfer. The standard machine-generated replies came a few days later, but neither the two items purchased nor the money were refunded.
