I placed my order in mid feb and it was supposed to be delivered in March. I have not received an order confirmation and their online contact form requires an order number to be entered to send an inquiry request. I hunted down their support email and sent them all the details of my payments and asked them for an explanation but they did not respond. I spent $200 on this website. Could someone please tell me how to contact them or how to get them to respond ?
