Sorry to hear everyone's reviews. It hasn't been my experience with them. I've beej purchasing with them since 2017 and my products always make it on time. Hopefully they will continue doing it. Never have had to call or contact customer service. I appreciate the product they sell since I can't find it in the USA. Thanks
