HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
I ordered vitamins end of February, didnt hear anything from them after having placed and paid my order. Beginning of April I asked for a status and they said they cannot deliver those vitamins at the moment and dont know when they will be available again. I therefore cancelled my order, no refund received up until today, even though several reminders were sent. This is ridiculous! Worst customer experience ever! First and last time I (tried) ordering something at carethy.nl !!
