This company does not deserve a star but to write a review I had to input at least one star. I ordered a product on line at end of Sept 2019 and to date 21 October the product has not arrived and I have not received a confirmation order email - HOWEVER MY VISA CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED - I have tried unsuccessfully to request info re my order but they keep asking me for my order number etc which of course I do no have as i have no confirmation email details. They are no longer replying to my emails - I have been ripped off and will never order from them again.
