This website is a SCAM!!! I really wish I had seen the review website before. I ordered an SNS to help me on my breastfeeding journey in July 2019. The product should have taken 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. I tracked the order online and it was never being shipped so I emailed them (since there is no phone number available) to know why it was never shipped. I got a reply from Luismar telling me that item is out of stock so I ask for a refund. From there I keep getting templated emails telling me that I will get me refund within 14 working days. Went on holidays for a month and still no eyes on that refund. So after over a month of waiting I email again and again I get a template email telling me that they will forward my issue to the financial department. Once I insisted they tell me that there was an issue in the system and that the refund would be delayed (once again) because refunds are made in alphabetical order. Emails were sent to and from Luismar and Mary C. (Just like precious reviewers). After 3 months I am still waiting on a refund that WILL NEVER HAPPEN since they don’t even bother to reply anymore!! Please save your money and DON’t BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
