If there was a Zero Star option, that would be the case for Carethy. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are owing me regarding a refund for a product that was only partially delivered since almost 1 month ago.
All I have is vague e-mails from the weak staff that works for them - generic names with no personal e-mail accounts (suspicious!), like "Mary C", "Yosmel A" - keep telling me they are sorry I didn't get my refund (aha!) and that they will be informing a financial department that possibly doesn't exist.
