Judging by my experience I suspect this site is fraudulent. nightmare company. order arrived over a week late. only half the order. contacting carethy was a nightmare. links in their emails lead to no where. eventually emailed them. auto response told me my order number didn't exist and that i should send my details, address, name, order number etc. i had already using their online form. after so many countless emails i was told, via email, i would get refunded for the missing half. hasn't happened and i suspect i won't be refunded. nightmare. poor customer service which is almost non existent.
