I have palaces an order with Carethy which couldn’t be fulfilled and got Canceled.
Order number PHA-AE-1912100902522bf places on 10 th of December
They sent me an email that the refund will be issued in max 14 days and since then no news from refund and no reply to emails and messages.
It’s just a ripoff and very unreliable shop.
Do not advise them .
