Carethy are criminals who steal your money! Six months after paying £53.49, my goods hadn't been delivered and I hadn't received a refund either. Carethy claimed my item was out of stock, then just ignored the TWELVE emails chasing a refund I sent then over six months. Despite claiming my product was "out of stock" they have always continued advertising it on their website. After contacting the European Consumer Centre for help, I finally got a refund of my money, over half a year later, with no interest to make up for being out of pocket for HALF A YEAR. They are liars and thieves.
