Completely trash company. I cancelled my order 10 minutes after making it because of an address typo. Their website saya you can cancel it within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund. Even after showing screenshots of this, their customer service refuse to refund me and ask me to send it back. The fact that it will never be delivered to me because of the wrong address (which is why I cancelled it) is lost on them. I've asked repeatedly to be transferred to management and how I can make a formal complaint. They are trash.
