I've placed on order in 29/12/19 and never received the goods! Their excused was that the parcel has been shipped with a "wrong address" which is not true! The address was always the same from the very first day. They claim now they need to receive the parcel back in order to refund me the money back. Carethy is a big fraud, they are playing or doing whatever with customers money, not serious!
