Order No PHA-GB-200209090105c69 My order was placed & paid in full for 2 Hipertin Hair Products which are used in conjunction. 1 item delivered and 1 item Not delivered. I sent lots of mails regarding the non delivered item mostly these were left unanswered, when I did receive a reply I was advised that my item was not in stock and that I would be credited with points! I have again sent another email to advise the item which was delivered is not suitable without this non delivered item. I would like to return my item and want a full refund including the delivery costs. I DO NOT want credit in points as I will not be purchasing any further items. In my opinion I should have been informed that from the ordered items there was 1 which was not in stock and ask what I would like to do with the order and I would have requested a full refund without any items shipping Please refund my account In full for both items, send me the prepaid returns label by return and advise once this has been completed.
