I made a order Just over a week ago. I emailed them the same day to request to cancel the order ( this is apparently easy to do according to the site “cancel whenever you like”!. I got no reply then I emailed the next day... then a few days later. They have taken my money and I have had no reply from them and t has now been over a week. There is no number to contact them on and they do not bother to read or reply to your emails to customer service.
I have now lost £25 it seems and there is nothing I can do about it.
I wish I had read these reviews sooner!
