A month after ordering, I checked and my order still hadn't been shipped, so I cancelled my order. After not getting any response, I contacted them again to cancel.
Two weeks on a box arrives and it is nothing like the item ordered. Now awaiting response from Carethy, but their customer service doesn't respond so may have to resort legal proceedings.
