Order reference: PHA-GB-200309182306a2c Hi, I ordered on 9th March Purell Gel Hand Sanitizer 500 ml, and on 16th March I got an email they sending me HYDROALCOHOLIC HAND SANITIZING GEL. Just now at 12:00 noon I got a delivery after 25 days waiting and they send me ANTISEPTIC liquid. I want to get my refund, this is highly unprofessional. I am absolutely gutted with your service and miss leading with information. Yet, you can changed my order without my consent and I am trying to get someone to call me but no way to contact. I want to refund and get my Refund. Ideally, you should send me the sanitizing gel I opt for. I have added all the pictures, this is anceptic, which I didnt request or order and your team send wrong products I wanted Sanitiser and I am not wrong with this, You team delayed my order. Ordered on 9th March Due was 20-27th March - Nothing came 28th March- you send email for Partial replacement with your own sanitizing hand gel 4th April you sent me something else not even the item I ordered nor what you send me on email as partial replacement. Kindly, look into it and I want my refund. I have lots of antiseptic I didn't need this what you send me and charged me 31pounds when my inital order was 27pound. hope to hear soon from you and get my refund.
