I ordered some sand sanitizers and they never came! On my account it says they was sent. But it says it was lost or damaged on the shipping page, I emailed them stating I wasn’t happy where is my order? They sent an email saying they won’t give me a refund! J said I want same items sent to me ASAP! I’m trying to get through but no reply since. Very bad service and wouldn’t waste my time ordering anything ever again from this rubbish business!
