This company is appalling, I contacted them immediately when my order arrived minus a product. The parcel had clearly been opened during transit, and I sent them a photo to prove this.
I have emailed them everyday since the beginning of April. No one from Carethy have confirmed when I will get the product or if I can have a refund.
