Ordered anti bacterial hand soap. It took 5 weeks to arrive and they sent hand gel. I emailed and was told it’s a suitable substitute so won’t refund. It’s not soap and my kids won’t use it as they hate the alcohol smell. It’s also cheaper than what I ordered, but no refund of the difference. Avoid these scammers!
