Ordered hand sanitizer early March. Tracking ref given but concerned after few days was still waiting to be shipped. Numerous emails before they admitted it was lost and would give refund in 14 days. No refund received so placed chargeback firm to credit card company to get money back. They are scammers in my opinion so much similarity to what others experienced.
