This organisation is an absolute joke! Ordered products on the 6th March. Said it had been despatched on the 11th March - still waiting!!! Have emailed them on many occasions and nobody gets back onto me. I understand there is a global pandemic but other companies have managed to operate successfully and deliver products. I am owed nearly £20 and am very doubtful that I am going to see either my money or the products. It’s disgraceful. NEVER order anything from them....... Shameful
