My order never progressed past processed, even though they said it had been sent. The order progress never changed. I requested my money back. After many emails and finally threatening to contact their directors i get a reply. They said it would take 14 days. After 20 days they told me that there was an IT issue ongoing and they would let me know ASAP. After 30 days they said it is all good it is being done as per the 14 day promise. I told them it has been nearly 45 days. No answer.
Dishonest and a scam site.
