I ordered a Piz Buin sunscreen on 3/23/20, and received it today, 5/6/20. When I didn’t receive a tracking intitially, I emailed them, and they did respond with a tracking number. They sent it 4/1/20. It got to the United States on 4/15/20. It appeared to be stuck, and I emailed them about it, and did not receive a response to that email. However, I read complaints about customs in a Chicago taking forever, dating back to 2008, so I assumed that with the virus it might take even longer. However, once it moved out of customs after sitting there for 2 1/2 weeks, it was here 2 days later. My item was bubble wrapped, and the tube was sealed. It arrived in perfect condition, actually. 6 weeks is a long time to wait for something, though. Next time I will probably try to find a US seller.
