I have a bad experience with company.I had ordered some products from their website.I have ordered and paid a parcel on 5th of April.Until this moment I still didn't receive it.I sent them lots of email,they only replay at one of them saying that maybe the parcel got lost.Is it normal?I'm without the money and without the parcel.
