After I read all the bad reviews, I was so scared and wanted to cancel because I already ordered. I wrote in and they responded to me immediately. However the product I bought ( mini ghd gold straightener) alr sent out. But it came on time 2 days after I ordered thru DHL. The product is original and good! I love it! So this company is not really that bad like most of ppl said? I am happy with the product and service!
